As a Christmas gift I gave each of my best friends a puzzle piece and kept one for myself. You loved her! Each of us hangs our own on a lanyard. They were beside themselves with excitement. We love her! This is a great reminder for us that we are wonderful friends.

I only received 2 of the 3 puzzle necklaces and when I tried to request a new one and return the one originally sent I kept getting an error message. Disappointed and upset. It was cute and my daughter gave it to a friend who was moving to another country. Why is it so difficult to return a $4 item?

The chain is of very poor quality. My daughter saved money and bought it as a gift to share with two of her friends. My daughter's chain broke within a few hours and the necklace was lost. I contacted the company who sent me a standard cut and paste explanation and referred me to Revane who was unable to help. My daughter is very disappointed.

If I could give a negative star I would. I was cheated out of $15. My boyfriend and I have a dog and we are both in the National Guard. And we all break up for about 7 months. So I wanted something that would help us all feel connected while we're away. In fact, the package arrived in the mail. and I had nothing but a small plastic bag.
