I gave it three stars because the sizings are completely off. I ordered this dress in a Medium. I tried putting it on and even sliding the dress past my bust area was a task until I realized wait this dress can't actually fit me! If you're a medium you might want to go a size higher of which if I was to get it again a Large wouldn't fit me I'd have to get it in an XL. Otherwise It's a beautiful dress and the quality is no different than any Bebe dress, you just have to get the sizings correct

This dress is amazing. The fabric feels good quality and the fit is great. I'm normally a size 0 (5'5" and 110 lbs), so I ordered a small and it fit almost perfectly. Quality of the dress was very good. It does run a little small. I usually wear a Medium and sometimes Small, but I had to get the Large. It is very form fitting and accentuates curves. It was the perfect Vegas bachelorette dress!

So this dress is super sexy and hugs all of your curves perfectly, however it does ride down a bit and after a night of constantly pulling it back into place one of the seams ripped. I was able to see it back together but I was a little disappointed it wasn’t nor durable. Still a really sexy little black dress though, and an added bonus is that it pushes your boobs straight up and gives you amazing cleavage!
