The first time I got this frame was without letters and when I asked for a replacement it didn't have letters either. After some time, after talking to customer service, I got credit to buy letters separately from this product. It's quite fragile and delicate, but once assembled and hung on your wall, who will notice? I have received many compliments so far and apart from the two missing letters I am happy with my purchase.

I was about to memorialize my dog when I saw a photo of the collage it was made from. wrinkles. The collage was assembled and ready for my photos. Although it is made of plastic, it is of high quality. The photo sizes are just right. I like the writing in the middle. This works great for what I wanted to say with my memorial. I know some people said the photos slipped off so I used double sided tape to hold the photos in place. Very happy with this product!

My dog recently died. I really missed her face, I wasn't ready to go through all of her pics but when I finally finished I realized I couldn't just pick one. So I printed a bunch and can easily switch between them if I want. The nicest thing is the message that you can write in the middle and yes, you can also change it as many times as you like. I'm very happy, I can see her in all her poses and looks. Not heavy and hangs well on the wall. It's plastic but looks like deformed greyish wood.

For this price, the frame fitted me very well. Obviously the quality isn't the best, it's made from a very light thin material and probably won't withstand a lot of wear and tear, but it looks lovely and goes well with the wedding photos I wanted to show nicely. The pin board is plastic but holds small plastic letters very well. Cutting out all the little numbers/letters the first time you open it is quite difficult, but I recommend sharp scissors. I used nail clippers to clean up the letter because when you first unscrew it from the mesh there are small bits sticking out that need trimming.
