🎨 Melissa & Doug Sketch Pad (9"x12") - Ideal Artistic Canvas for Creative Inspiration Review

Such a good budget drawing/sketching pad for kids. My daughter uses markers and they show through a bit on each sheet, but we don't mind if she just uses it for fun :)

My boy has been taking online drawing classes since April. This notebook was fine until he recently started learning watercolor. All pages were crumpled after he finished painting. Looking for paper specifically for watercolor.

The best thing about this notebook is that it lays flat. The paper is white, does not show through when using markers. We use this for my son to draw pictures and also to practice writing/reading letters and words. The only downside is that it doesn't tear evenly, so be prepared for pinholes in the edges when hanging your drawings on the fridge! In fact, we prefer to keep everything together to look back than a bunch of disparate papers, so it works for us.

I've had this product before - last year with little to no problems. This particular one constantly wants to unravel. I tried applying clear nail polish to the dispenser spool but it didn't work. The company must have lowered its quality requirements compared to the previous year.

I have noticed that my daughter has become interested in drawing. she is four I came here to find a decent drawing book and couldn't be happier. This book is solid and bigger than I expected. She likes it very much. I'll be back for another one when she fills this one!
