I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't damaged. He came, and it seems that some of the pink paint fell off the mattress and blanket onto the cot itself. I can't take it off So disappointed as it is damaged but I have contacted M&D and hope they fix it. Big fan of their products, haven't had any issues for years. I'll change it to 5 when they fix it. The durability of this crib is top notch as expected from Melissa & Doug. Super cute design.

I bought this for my granddaughter's birthday. The fact that it is a tree was the biggest advantage for me. Easy assembly, just takes time. As I unpacked it, I noticed that the pink color of the duvet, pillow, and mattress had spread to different parts of the wood. Can you tell me how to remove this without damaging the paint? I was thinking of returning it but I expect the next one will be packaged the same way. My one star rating becomes a five if I can get the pink out of the white wood.

An adorable doll bed that is perfect for our 2 year old granddaughter! She looks a lot like her own crib, so she loves to put her doll on the bed. Melissa and Doug are always dependable and make great sturdy toys for toddlers and older. The wood used is smooth and well varnished with no chips or splinters. The cot comes with rocking legs but that was an 'option' which we didn't use. A good size for small to medium sized dolls and comes with lovely pink bedding. Very happy with the purchase!

Overview Zero Star! Come on Melissa and Doug do it better! I bought this for my daughter and made the mistake of waiting until Christmas Eve to assemble it. Cannot be completed as two identical side panels have been provided. They're even mislabeled! Also, from all the reviews it's pretty clear that this crib needs a redesign. Fix build errors. My granddaughter seems to love this doll cradle. It's a nice solid block and it looks really good. However, assembly was quite difficult. There were many fasteners to assemble. Worst of all, some of the pre-drilled holes weren't done properly. A hole for the barrel nut was too small and I had trouble getting the bolt in. . . and a couple of dowel/bolt holes were drilled out of place, maybe 1/16 inch or so. This is an impressive dolls bed and here are some of its nice features: 1) Easy to assemble - Instructions are well written and simple. 2) It is made of strong wooden parts, so it looks nice and solid after assembling. 3) It has a swing so your little one can gently rock her doll to sleep (or not as gently as our daughter). .) 4) It includes a matching mattress topper, duvet and pillow.
