Having owned another Melin hat, I thought this one would fit just right. I thought comments made by others about fit wouldn’t apply to me, but I was wrong. The hat was indeed oddly shallow, ending a full inch at least above my ears (I have a oval shape head). The A-Game hydro I own fits better. If you have a bigger head, mine is a 7 1/2, do not buy this hat. I like a deep fitting hat that covers my head and this one isn’t even close. Super uncomfortable, would not recommend at all.

Long term we will see.as of now, it seems to be just what they said it is. Rated 4 star on comfort, only because the hat is a touch heavier than what you are use too. But I got used to it fairly quickly and it doesn't bother me at all. 4 star on the value as it is steep to pay this much for a hat. If it last like they say, then maybe it is worth it. Time will tell. So far, I would say buy one and give it a try.

The hat itself is nice but I originally placed an order for "Olive Camo" and I received an all-black hat instead which is odd. I am trying to ask for a refund but I guarantee if I got the hat design I actually ordered, I would be pleased with it.

I have been sweating this hat out now for a few days and no signs of sweat lines in the hat yet! They do wear a little big on the head so I ended up exchanging the M-L for a Small and if it a better fit, on both the snap back as well as how it sits on my head. Worth the cost!

Who designed this? As soon a I put it on, I said "nope”. Whoever thought it was a good idea to make it so pointy is in the wrong business. It looks ridiculous. Immediately returning this.

Product is actually a very good quality, I own 6 melin hats my self, but the package for the delivery was a bubble wrap envelope, not a box (the way should be for any hat)

This is my 4th Melin. I absolutely love them for working out, hanging out, golfing, and even surfing (it floats). There is literally no better hat for sweat and water resistance. Cleaning is also pretty easy (I like to use body wash because it makes them smell good.It is worth the money if you want a hat you can wear all the time.Also, seems like there was an issue with Walmart shipping these in envelopes - mine came in a box and was in great form!

This was purchased as a gift and my buddy absolutely loved it. It’s a Hydro so it can get wet without losing its form. Also it can be cleaned when needed with soap and water. Great quality product that last years unlike most hats.

I really wanted to love everything about this hat. I love the quality and the way it looks. But do not buy this hat if you have an oval shaped head and thick curly hair like me. It was either so tight that it hurt, or felt like it was going to fall off, which is a problem because I do a lot of boating in the summer.
