Medium sized ratchet strap. I can't judge his endurance but I can comment on his landing which is fine. I have a 33 inch waist so I cut off just enough to make a 38 inch belt and then cut a bit more to make it a 36 inch belt. Hmm, just to stretch it. If the width of the belt was a little smaller than the buckle, like other belts, it would be easier to pull through. This is a star deduction. The price is about average, still cheaper than paying for two straps. .

I ordered a 28-44 inch belt and it was too long. I measured it and without the buckle it was 55 inches long. I could probably use it if the strap's ratchet component was longer, but I was too slippery in the strap area when trying to tighten it. I have a ratchet strap (other manufacturer), I never thought I would buy another one afterwards. It was difficult to lock and unlock the buckle mechanism. It didn't take very long either. I've had a Dickies sport belt for a few years now but it broke. It has no equivalent and has two major design flaws: 1. It's shaped at an awkward angle. To make it tight, this angle creates a pressure point on the right side, meaning it won't fit flat/smooth on your body. There is a constant binding pressure point that I find uncomfortable.2. As expected, except the spikes are too thin to be that sharp, they are over-pointed, it doesn't have to be, be careful when undoing the buckle. I've had one of these straps for 3 years, often I cut the buckle a bit and put it back on with no problems. When I first got this size I undid the buckle and when it came undone I was stabbed with at least two spikes which actually tore my skin and bled. Please proceed carefully and do not open with your thumb or finger.

Edit: As I mentioned in my review, I cut the belt shorter than I should have. I pointed this out to the company and they sent a brand new belt for free! It's great that they cover bugs like this. This is my second belt from these guys and I love them both. I will never go back to standard harnesses after using ratchet harnesses. This one has a soft skin - it's not tough.
