This belt is rock solid! I work in a pretty harsh environment in South Florida and you need a strong belt or the weather and sweat will cause most belts to fall apart after a few months. I've tried many belts over the years, some good and some really bad. But this one will last, it's very thick and made with quality in mind that's worth the money.

Nice heavy leather belt. I have two because I really like them. My only complaint, and you can take it as a positive, is that the buckle is attached with screw studs, not buttons. This is a very secure way, but if you want to change the buckles to show off your trophy buckles you will need to unscrew the posts. I do my skin work so I added buttons.

is a heavy duty belt. My phone clip barely works with this strap. Very well made and I'm sure it will last a long time. Again, the belt is thicker than most belts, almost like a duty belt or belt for carrying a holster. Also, the leather is tough and takes a little longer to break in. It probably won't stretch as much as some of the thinner belts I've had.

Had to return the belt a couple of times to get it the size I wanted - more a problem with my delusional thoughts about how big a belt I need than a problem with the strap. After a few months of daily use the belt shows all that this is a quality product that seems to last for years. Appearance is subjective, but I like it and have had positive reviews about it from others.

42 inch was a bit small so i sent it back and got the 44 inch which is oversized. I fasten it to the last hole. The sling is so good I'm considering buying the 42" again and using the 44" as a rifle sling and stocking it for the (probably inevitable) day my waist outgrows the 42". Otherwise this is a really great leather belt!
