Fits tight / Doesn't fit / Made in China

I ordered 3X because I like it loose and loose. It was tight in the neck, armpits, and body. Wrong size. Similar shirts I've ordered from Revain with a different label/seller fit perfectly. Very disappointed, doesn't fit. Better to order one size larger.
