Mephisto Edlef Hazelnut Leather Loafer: Classy Men's Slip-On Shoe Review

This is my second pair in the same style and size after 10 years. I spend most of my time at the lab bench and these Mephisto shoes are really incredibly comfortable.

Despite my best efforts (photo documentation of model number and tag color on retail box) these were not the shoes I was looking at; more appropriate for someone 20 years older than me. bad buy.

Mephisto is my favorite shoe brand as I have always found them very comfortable. These loafers suit me, they are simple but professional and just as comfortable as my previous models. It's a little more expensive, but money well spent!

Without exception, Mephisto shoes are the most comfortable shoes on the market. They are well made and will stand the test of time. You can't buy a better show. You pay a little more, but you'll be amazed by the comfort and stability of any Mephisto shoe. Highly recommended!

Husband reports good comfort, fit etc. BUT there was no shipping label in the box to send shoes in need of repair to Mephisto which made me wonder if they were fake. My recently purchased Mephisto women's shoes (from Zappos) had this tag. Anyone have any advice?

I'm a size 12 wide in American shoes. The "M" fits perfectly. A little narrow in width, but only for a few days. Afterwards pure comfort for many years. They are elegant but comfortable. If your foot/arch needs strong support, others may be more suitable. Otherwise you can't go wrong here.
