Who cares about the box it came in?

That thing about the box seems silly to me. Thin cardboard is broken. The tape would be obvious if used! Anyway, I've used this tape post multiple surgeries and for street rash scars. This happens gradually, but it helps very well to get rid of scars. I wear strips on this area until it starts peeling - usually 3-6 days.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Clarity

Excellent product on first aid tape

The doctor advised her to use this product after a tummy tuck. She told me and I thought why not. I haven't used it every day for two weeks and the results are amazing. I still have a long way to go, but this is better than ugly black panic. I recommend using it only in this area because it will give you clarity. I cut mine in half and just used it as a scare. And the next day I used petroleum jelly to stop the skin dryness.

  • Very impressive

If you take care of this band, it will last you for several months.

They are reusable. I cut them into strips of the size I needed. When they are no longer sticky due to the oil on the skin, remove them, wash with mild soap and water, and place back on the original paper to dry. When you put them back on the paper, pat them dry and use a mop to remove the water. They work in such a way that you put them on the scar and after a few hours or days they retain moisture to help scar healing.

Skeptical. but it seems to work!

About three years ago I had a breast reduction and my scars started to 'move' - especially a small area in the form of a keloid. I cut this 1/5 inch tape in half and trimmed it to the length of my anchor scars. To my surprise, relief came almost immediately! After the first two uses, the redness went away, the itching stopped, and the scars didn't look like they "got mad." A month later, the scar is still hard but not that visible. Let's keep going and see what happens. So far, it's good!

Surprisingly better than the Scar Away brand

At first I had expensive Scar Away sheets and they stunk so I had to find something else. I came across it and am very happy. They also hold up so well for days while the scars fall off after a day or so and don't stick back like they should. This roll is good because you can cut off a piece of the size you want. I also noticed that my scar was starting to fade and was definitely smoothing out. They blend it into my skin so you don't even know I'm wearing it. I am very happy with this purchase.

The best sticky silicone product I've ever used!

I love this silicone band because it holds up unlike other silicone products I've worn that keep falling off. With this silicone product you will not have such problems! I like that you can cut it to the right size. It works in the same way as other silicone products by reducing the signs of scars. I will not be operated on without it. It's good for your scar. It sticks very well and lasts a long time. I had no problems with it when swimming or showering. I am not allergic to glue and have very

Great for a mask rash

I work at a medical center. I am required to wear paper masks provided by my work (for liability reasons). Due to mass production and reduced quality control, micro-traumas appear on my cheeks from the necessary conversations. I started using this as a colleague's suggestion, not a brand but an idea. I like the roller because I can choose the length to suit my cheekbones. It works great and because of my fair skin it blends in well. I clean it every night and it doesn't hurt. The silicone is…

Works great for me!

This stuff really works for me. My scar is an ugly straight line of Frankenstein stitches. Luckily, the surgery that caused this scar was done on a flat, hard spot—just above my sternum—so the band-aid lay flat. I wear the tape almost 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, only taking it off to shower and when I'm wearing something like a tank top and the tape is more visible than the scar. That was not always so. Before I started using medical tape my scar was quite raised and red. Now it's flatter…

OMG IT WORKS! for healthcare

I had an upper arm lift a year ago which left me with a pretty bad scar. It was raised, dark in color, and looked in places as if it were turning into a keloid. I bought Scar Away Strips, used them for 2 months and didn't see any results. It was also very expensive so I gave up and stopped using it. Last month I decided to give it another try but I researched different products. I came across Mepitac. It was so cheap that I had to at least try it. I've only been using it for a month and I've…
