I bought this product to lose weight I wanted to buy my regular La Mer face cream. I've been using La Mer for 20 years so I know how it looks, feels and smells. When I received it, it came from China, so I was immediately suspicious. Upon opening I noticed the packaging was wrong, the box didn't look the same. Yes, this cream is expensive, but it's worth it based on first use. Although I've only been using La Mer for two weeks, I've never had such soft skin in my 67 years and my wrinkles seem to be minimized. I love this product!

This is the best cream for my face. I'm willing to spend money because I haven't found a single cream that looks this good on my face and neck. I wish it was cheaper and I can't figure out why it's so expensive but I can't find any other cream that suits me.

This is a total fake. This is my 4th La Mer purchase and the texture is too oily to be real, smells like some kind of industrial glue and comes off right after application which I have never experienced before. It deserves an ISK.
