Great for tracking and monitoring vehicles

I love that it is able to sync with my Google calendar! It also helps me keep track of where our fleet is at all times so we are not left scrambling when an issue arises. The software can be glitchy from time to time but as long as they get back to us quickly and make sure everything works again, then there's nothing wrong with their service. There was no way for me to tell how many miles each vehicle had driven during the month without having to run reports manually. This made tracking mileage

Pros
  • The ability to sync with my Google calendar and the quick response the company provided when I contacted them about the issue
Cons
  • The inability to see mileage per vehicle and the glitchy nature of the software

Mercury Fleet - One Stop Shop For All Your Employee And Vehicle Needs

I like that it is easy for me as an owner of my fleet business because all our transactions are done online which makes everything so much easier! It's very user friendly too with no training needed at this time since we've been using them now over 3 years already!! Nothing really bad about their service or anything just wish there were more options available in other states where they do not have access but overall great product/service. We use mercuryfleet mostly when needing new hires…
