2 of my stools have dents but it takes too long to return and ship them back. Since it doesn't stand out that much, I just left it there

I was hesitant to buy these stools as the price wasn't cheap and I was afraid they wouldn't last, but so far they've been ok and they look great in my kitchen! I get so many compliments on her…. They are exactly what I envisioned for my island!

There are two chairs in the picture but one chair is at the bottom of the page. I would give five because I like stools. But the seller misleads the buyers. Other sites with two items I received two items in one order without paying for the other item.

I strongly suspect that I was sold a used chair even though I paid for a new one. There was a lot of dirt on the white cushion of this chair (inside seam and surface). Surface dirt is a stain. I've tried wiping everything clean with a wet paper towel. The gold paint is clearly cracked and rusted. The price of this chair is very disappointing compared to its condition. Be proud of your inventory and customer experience and take care of it.

I've had a really hard time finding counter height stools instead of bar stools. These stools look great! However, the delivery was terrible! I had to change these chairs 3 times! They kept arriving with visible scratches and huge dents. The packaging was not secure. (If you find the same style from another manufacturer I want to avoid damage). But of course I'm happy with the cheap price and I love the style. The gold is beautiful and shiny! The white cushions are not damaged or discolored…
