I loved the chairs and ordered 2 to make sure I really like them and match my decor. However; just went in to change an order and saw the price has gone up by over $100. why would you do that I am very sad and disappointed about this. You just turned such a good customer experience into a bad one. You keep customers by being consistent, not by things like that. Again sorry you did it; I really wanted to order more.

Buy 6 chairs and within 30 days 2 chairs start to creak. Seams that the seat frame sags. Try contacting the manufacturer and get an email response. I sent back the requested information but they didn't reply so I emailed 2 more times but still no reply. Nobody weighs more than 160 pounds so I think the company is making a low quality product with no quality control and moreover if there is a problem they ignore the customer.
