Sneakers that last.

Very happy that Merrell brought this design back - this shoe is almost a complete reproduction of the old design with some tweaks. They have excellent cushioning and are good as a hiking shoe, light hiker or for business - whatever it is. My older pair, which they are modeled after, served me well on long-distance hiking trips through Europe. It took a few years to finally phase them out, mostly because they still look amazing. Hope for the same performance here.

Pros
  • Great for outdoors
Cons
  • No insurance

They are comfortable, warm and durable.

These shoes are so comfortable I just love them. They are durable too, I wear boots in winter and these in summer. What I love about Merrell is that you can put these shoes on right away and it feels like you've been wearing them for two weeks.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Very cute sneakers, plus comfortable

I bought the men's version of these shoes because I didn't like the color options on the women's shoes. I usually wear women 8.5-9 in athletic shoes. I bought the men's 7 and they fit perfectly.

Pros
  • Wow
Cons
  • Does not fit all

DO NOT wear them on the trail!

Side-to-side tread pattern may snap your ankle in mud, ice or snow. Nothing prevents sideways slipping on slippery surfaces. Also, the front lip came off during the first ride. They do look good though and should be fine for social distancing or Subaru driving.

Pros
  • Sequins
Cons
  • Not Safe

Well tailored casual/walking shoes

Excellent lightweight shoe and appears to be very well made. I love the fit and wear them as my new everyday shoes. Very comfortable, gray with a bright light orange tint.

Pros
  • Comfortable item
Cons
  • Some bugs

Excellent, durable and lightweight tennis shoes.

These shoes are great! After trying and returning many different brands of shoes, I began to get frustrated that I would ever find a good pair of shoes. A lot of shoes had such cheap soles (even a pair of Merrells) that were uncomfortable or just didn't fit as expected. However, these shoes are amazing! They fit as expected, have a great sole, are light and very comfortable. They haven't had to be broken in and so far 3 months later they are holding up great and I haven't noticed any problems…

Pros
  • I always liked it
Cons
  • Don't know

Trendy casual shoes

Merell hiking shoes fit my foot so well that I bought them when I needed a casual shoe that would go well with jeans. They're a bit narrower than hiking boots and the buckles feel weird at first, but once they're in they feel nice. These are not trekking shoes. It seemed obvious to me from the pictures. I don't know why they are sold as running shoes. Maybe to sell them to people who like the idea of hiking, who don't actually hike but still want to make a fashion statement. don't want to try…

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not as good as advertised

Cool but not functional

Simple, cool, retro style. But it's overpriced and the sole felt weird. Same quality materials as $40-$50 shoes, nothing special.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • I have problems
