I was very disappointed with these water boots as they were made by Merrell and my expectations were pretty high. Not only do they dry for over two days, but the color has run off and left stains on my baby's legs and leggings. This was a HUGE disappointment for a Merrell product that bills itself as a 'water shoe'.

This is supposed to be a quality water shoe, but it does start to smell musty after only a few weeks in the water play (even after drying properly in the sun). This is unacceptable.

They meet the requirements for sandals: wide toe, flat sole, flexible sole. I just wish they were bigger so I can buy them for my 6 year old.

Slightly better fitting but in a good way! I ordered my daughter's normal size and they are so good for little feet - the front is wider to give her little toes plenty of room to breathe. These shoes are shockproof and easy to clean. Also bought a pair for my son and these are my casual summer shoes. My son is just learning to walk and finds it easier to walk in these shoes than other shoes. Rubber soles are safe and non-slip. The Velcro closure makes it easy to put on and take off. Really good
