It's a pretty penny, but way better than Dewalt or .

It's a lot of money but way better than Dewalt or Milwaukee It looks like a German car unfortunately US made tools don't have the reputation they have had in the past

Money well spent on coffee grinders

This is the 10th Metabo grinder I have owned and by far the best. Power is plentiful and, like my others, of the highest quality. I get about 8-10 years on them before releasing them. I have 5 for shop use and five for field use, all are in the 6 inch class but one is a flat head design. Keep up the good work, I've been your customer for 25 years

Terrible customer service metabo

I sent my car in for warranty repair and they said I needed all sorts of new stuff and it was not "guaranteed". I went straight to a guy named Rob with Metabo. He was terrible. I told him I didn't want them to fix my coffee grinder and I would pick it up in the condition I sent it in. Sent whole, received disassembled. All the little things and the suitcase were thrown in an envelope, half sealed with tape in a box. Garbage. I prefer metabo and it shows how customer service can make or break a…
