Review on Metabo 601078420 Wep 17 150 Quick: Powerful and Efficient Angle Grinder by Jason Cavett

I sent my car in for warranty repair and they said I needed all sorts of new stuff and it was not "guaranteed". I went straight to a guy named Rob with Metabo. He was terrible. I told him I didn't want them to fix my coffee grinder and I would pick it up in the condition I sent it in. Sent whole, received disassembled. All the little things and the suitcase were thrown in an envelope, half sealed with tape in a box. Garbage. I prefer metabo and it shows how customer service can make or break a customer.
