Very satisfied. This seller went out of their way to get them to me when an order got caught in the middle of a hurricane this summer. As for the tools, good quality, practice, some cushioning may be needed, which is easy to solve, but great tools.

I was so excited to get this set of pliers. I tried them right away and found that they scratch metal too easily. The handles are an ergonomic disaster. They are so uncomfortable and need to be dipped in a rubbery substance. Instead, you pressed this cold, hard metal against your hands. I will definitely be returning the set. Overpriced for a poor quality product

I don't know how I formed wire without these pliers! They are durable and very easy to use. I tried them and mastered all 4 in seconds. I used a couple of S-Hook styles, a spool, and every tool to create an abstract element in a photo. All of the items I made were 14g soft stainless steel and the tools handled it like butter. I am very happy with my purchase as they are used a lot more than my current pliers. Thank you micro market.
