"Impressed with this Industrial Power Tool

Stopped working after first can

First of all I've never had a problem with anything from Metcal. You have amazing products. I have an MX-5000 and all the tools they sell for it. I bought it about a month ago and haven't used it yet, but the board was recently repaired. I took out the tip, pocketed it and tinned it. I noticed that the tip no longer melts the solder. I checked that the tip was inserted correctly, restarted the station's power supply and nothing. We turn on the station with the tip in, the number fluctuates, but
