It's easy to use with very good customer support (we had issues at first but they were quickly resolved). The integration of our systems into one platform works really well. I like that it makes tracking our energy usage very easy by automatically generating reports showing us where we are spending too much or not enough money. It is also very good at finding your energy leaks in order to help you save money. It can be a little confusing for some people who aren't familiar with how to use it.
