Nice design with good hard plastic but the water flow is very weak, a regular shower will do better. didn't come back, don't waste your time with UPS

Works very well for a 1.5 GPM shower head. I really like that it has good coverage. Much more so than other low flow heads I've tried. Now I can take long hot showers and feel less guilt about wasting water.

Does what the marketing says - a much finer spray pattern that covers your skin more evenly. Refreshes and feels generally warmer. Also, the flow was significantly reduced, allowing us to shower more before the hot water shut off. (and save the environment!) Had no problem removing shampoo from hair etc. Looks great too. Great product!

Took me several months to install. The product is cheap and made of plastic. Almost every time we turned it on, it cracked and water splashed everywhere. The manufacturer says they have a lifetime warranty so I emailed them to get a replacement. Your nearest office appears to be in New Zealand. Bought this shower head after trying it out at a hotel in New Zealand. It produces a subtle but powerful spray/mist unlike any other shower head I've used. I really like this experience - you feel fully hydrated all at once, not just in a small target area of your body. I'm disappointed with this shower head, I was really looking forward to it. For the price I expected much better performance. I was hoping for a nice wide spray to cover my body while showering, and it's not much wider than my old 1.5 GPM Danze showerhead.
