Well made, fair price

It is well made with attention to detail. Wires are not only color coded, but also individually labeled, making their purpose clear. This offered 2 ways to make sure you're getting it right. Which was good because one of the wires was mislabeled. However, the color coding made it easy to tell which wire was mislabeled.

Pros
  • Electrician
Cons
  • Everything clear

Poorly made.: Replacement parts

4 wires/pins have fallen out of the connector, the tabs holding the contact in the connector are not big enough or the plastic connector is not good. All cables were clearly labeled for connection to my 1998 F-150 radio and it worked, but only when I plugged the cables into the jack. UPDATE: I got a replacement from Revain and the replacement was better. I have raised my rating from 1 star to 3.

Pros
  • Replacement parts
Cons
  • Minor issues

Woman need man for 1999 Ford Ranger

Just a warning, it might work well but it doesn't suit me. I was offered this as an add on to my Pioneer unit by installing it in a 1999 Ford Ranger. Unfortunately, I thought Revain would know if this would fit (since I chose my vehicle type), but it doesn't. Ford has an identical wiring harness/connector. What is needed to connect an aftermarket stereo is the male version. I believe it's 70-1771. So you can get your stereo out before you take Revane's advice.
