- Compact, seriously. A good design "soap dish", which has been with us for many, many years. The absorber is not blocked like Canon and Epson. If heads or feed mechanics die, it can be used as a scanner.
- Flimsy construction. Paper feeding system. "CISS" in the worst traditions of the Chinese underground. Really. I remember Inksistem. Head cost. But now HP has something like a promotion: a kit for 1500. Software. Settings could not be scattered around the system like that. Completely unrepairable unless it is printhead wear or a foreign object in the feed path. Lots of defective heads from the factory. Price.
