Quad upgrade is best in headlight bulbs

They look great, solid and good quality. I run a setup of four projectors and they give them enough power. Will most likely buy again in the future

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • So far so good

Just what I needed

I upgraded my own headlights and they were perfect for splitting my high beam, allowing me to keep the OEM reflector and also use my projector's bi-xenon capability.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Reliability

They fit a 1992 C1500 headlight

Not fully weatherproof, no seals on the back of the case but they do the job perfectly for my desert truck adding LED strips. Edit: They have gaskets, are fairly well made and time will tell their durability as they are a bit soft rubber. I bought more for other projects πŸ‘

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Used as a high beam splitter.

Used as a splitter on the high beam cable in my 540i 2003 for non-original bi-xenon headlights, it works great for that. However, it has a 9005 socket and a 9006 socket and was not listed in the description. If you plan to use it for two 9005 bulbs or two 9006 bulbs, it won't work.

Pros
  • handy thing
Cons
  • has problems

Bad crimp work is good for lights and lighting accessories

I spent 2 hours on what should have taken 10 minutes. The wire was incorrectly crimped and pulled out of the pin. Freaked me out when my meter said it had continuity, but it actually just touched the pin and wasn't connected to it. After finding the problem, I had to destroy and rebuild another cable. Then I had problems with the distance between the plugs. . See image for distance between 9005 bulb and this connector. I had to bend it to finally get the cable in place. Very frustrating.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Clean

Double high beam! Bixenon and high power LEDs 😍😍😍

I'm quite obsessed with lighting in general, so I have some experience of retrofitting and of course fitting my car with LED lighting. My Highlander is currently upgraded with a G5-R Bi-Xenon (a really easy no-trim upgrade) that has OSRAM CBB bulbs boosted with a Morimoto 50W ballast that emits around 4400 lumens per bulb. The high beam is a dual Cree XHP70, each putting out about 6500 lumens. So if I combine both high beams, I get about 22,000 lumens. Well, I will say that it allowed me to see

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • New competitors are here
