It was great until I was able to return it a week later when the trimmer head broke during use. I lost one of the parts down the drain. This is the second I've bought, one here, first in store and both have done the same thing. So yeah, as long as it works, it's great. I've only used it to trim hair in my ears. I have not attempted to shave my face or my entire body. Both times some small hairs were removed in less than 2 months. I do not recommend it to anyone

I tried very hard to like this product but it's not a very good product. It's sleek and attractive compared to other groomers, but it just doesn't work. The nose trimmer failed almost immediately. While the nose/ear trimmer attachment works 50% of the time and definitely doesn't trim, the other attachment is completely useless. He does not remove hair at all, but rather pulls them, which causes pain. At first I thought it was the type of battery used, I tried 2 other brands - same results. Well I can't recommend this Wahl trimmer as it's not strong enough for my rather thick nose. I was cleaning the inner cavity when it stopped. He wasn't running out of juice, just not enough to push through a heavier strand of nasal fur. I tried to cut my hair then I stopped and it hurt like hell. I almost said a curse.
