Everything you need for country living!

I usually buy this type of product at my local grocery store several times a year. He claims to know as soon as the tank is opened whether it is being used or not. He also told me what happened to the pumped garbage. This is done on fields that are being prepared for growing crops such as soybeans and silage corn. In the US we are not allowed to use it on existing crops for obvious health reasons. When such a "natural" product is used, it actually enhances the effect of the fertilizer, in…

Save money! Half a glass heals for 6 months! 🚽

This is definitely an economical product for a septic tank. In addition, it is completely natural and non-toxic. We use a brand that is half the price of this product but is only good for a month. This product is great because you only need to use it once every three months. It consists of two procedures that last six months. So if you calculate how much our old brand would cost in six months, the savings add up. I also like that fats, fats and oils are guaranteed to be digested. I make a lot…

Good product from a trusted company

If you've just pumped out your septic tank, why not start with tried and tested microbes to ensure it's performing at its best. This 2 app container from Microbe-Lift is perfect for that. It is also very suitable for the maintenance dose. If you've recently cleaned carpets or your whole house and may have spilled too many chemicals and bleach down the drain, you may have to run your septic tank with a lot of germs. I'm currently trying not to use harsh chemicals in my house, but still regularly

This material works reasonably well

My house has a single pipe that runs the length of the house, serving the kitchen and bathroom between the upstairs and downstairs, and the pipe doesn't have much slope so it tends to be in there build up. I didn't follow the directions as they ask to flush it down the toilet instead I put it down my drain pipe and in my garage for a working washing machine. the entire length of the house, and then descends into the basement and exits when I started to play it a little safe. So I put this on…

The product smells really bad, but it seems to work!

I have a dry gray water well that has had to be cleaned over the years because traces of grease, grease, oils and debris have clogged the side drain. A service technician once recommended this product to me and when I saw it at Revain I was curious to try it. The directions on the bottle are a bit contradictory - the front of the bottle makes it seem like you need to throw the entire bottle down the toilet for a "up to 3 month cure", but this formula is specific to gray water tanks (which it…

Handy as it lasts 3 months

I like this aerobic septic tank as it only needs to be used 4 times a year instead of 12. I've been using one brand or another of these types of products for many years, but until they all had to be added once a month. Instead of monthly sachets that you flush down the toilet into a septic tank, this product is loose granules but works the same way (you flush it down the toilet into a septic tank). There are two treatments in one box, so it lasts six months. Having used similar products on my…

Takes care of your septic system

I wanted to try SHOCK TREATMENT and see what it does. I don't have easy access to my septic tank so I made a very small tank instead. I put 1 large teaspoon of bacon grease (which will never end up in my septic tank), eggshells, 1 teaspoon of salsa, 4 squares of single-ply toilet paper, and 4 squares of triple-ply toilet paper in a plastic container of water. and a cap of shock therapy. I photographed the container along with the date and military time over the course of a few days. I didn't…

I choose it safe for groundwater

If you deal with septic systems you know you need help with the system to keep them clean to prevent back up and reduce You hopefully how often you should pump them out. That's why we always used some kind of escort to our new homestead. Our current sewage system is almost entirely a sewage system as we use dry closets. This means that our septic tank is made up almost entirely of wash water, urine, and tiny bits of food or fat that spilled from traps further down. But because we planted native

Sewer Guy Thumbs Up

This bottle of shock cleaner arrived the same day we scheduled our septic tank cleaning - a great time to see what a product professional would think. I gave our husband a bottle to read and asked him a few questions and he said this was a good product for keeping the septic tank healthy. With all of the antibacterial cleaning products used in homes that flush down septic tanks—bleach, toilet cleaner, Lysol, hand and dish soap, body wash, etc.—septic tanks can struggle to maintain a productive…
