Wrong power supplies for cameras

I live in the Northeastern United States. This product comes with four European type (type c) camera power adapters. The DVR comes with a standard North American (Type A) power adapter. I can't connect cameras because oossxx sends wrong power supplies. If oossxx can fix that I would give it 5 stars. This is actually the second cctv system I've ordered from oossxx and I would highly recommend this nvr system (apart from the PSU confusion). UPDATE: Pictured is a replacement power cord that oossxx

No 5 megapixel system. I have a 2 megapixel system with cameras that are smaller than average.

It's supposed to be a 5 megapixel camera system but when I received it all the cameras were 2.0 megapixels and couldn't be changed. I used to buy cameras from this company so I was disappointed with the quality of the new cameras. My old ones are restored and these are removed. The remote control is a joke and shouldn't even be turned on as it's completely useless. Maximum fast forward speed reduced by 300%.

Having apparently failed 2 out of 4 cameras on my old system (1st Gen OS 2.0) (I thought the internal weather seal was broken) and learning through trial and error, OOSSXX does not offer replacements/additional cameras and after unsuccessful attempts to use all 'compatible' aftermarket 2.0 cameras.
