We tried this after my daughter got bites after removing avocado pits. GREAT tool! The knife part works well too and you have nothing to lose! Highly recommended!

This avocado tool is a bit disappointing. The edge is not sharp enough to easily cut an avocado in half. The scoop blade works fairly well, but needs more of a curve. The pit remover is useless; The blade isn't sharp enough to pierce the pit without crushing the avocado. I would not buy this again.

The Microplane avocado nozzle fits perfectly in your hand, comfortably. My family eats a lot of avocados so we use them a lot. It is easy to cut and scoop. The pit has such a slimy texture that it's impossible to remove BUT I was impressed with how well the pit worked with this tool. Buy it! I think you will like it!

I was amazed when I used this avocado tool. It doesn't look like the edge cuts through the skin of the avocado, but it cuts right through! But it's not sharp enough to cut my hand! Much less scary than with a knife. The jug works great and part of the spoon gently removes all of the avocado. I quickly cooked 10 avocados for quacamole.

I'm on a keto diet so I eat tons of avocados! I like the size of the handle and it has a nice material so you can hold it very well even with dirty hands. I've tried other tools and their plastic slicing blades and found that they just turn avocado flesh into mush. The spine of the blade makes nice, clean cuts and cuts through skin very easily. I plan to buy more of these for gifts!
