Picture and description are misleading. The product pictured was of better quality and had a bleed valve, which I definitely didn't get. Very disappointed.

I have ordered this product in the past and found it to be slightly smaller than the previous one and bulkier. Still a good product and I'm glad I have it. Easy to carry and very useful when you suddenly need it!

I think well designed - the part of the one-way valve that can be inserted into the patient's mouth is not long enough to act as a real oral airway like an ambulance - but I think it will serve in a similar way (though not as well as the oral airways) to keep the tongue down. Finally, the victim's tongue is most likely to interfere with their airway during rescue attempts. I wish there was a pair of tightly packed gloves in this set but this isn't a deal killer for me. It's small enough to keep
