The product arrived on time and looks good, but I cannot use it because the charger is not working. Now I have to either send the charger back or order a new one. It should have been right the first time.

I like the performance of the device but I don't like scratches on it. The touch screen on the left side of the screen often does not respond, I send it back.

Been wanting this laptop for a long time but never pulled the trigger. But I finally did and I'm glad I did. It is a high quality product in all areas.
