I recently bought this laptop for work and was impressed with such amazing hardware. I will say that this is a great piece of hardware, in terms of physical devices it is beautiful. However, it started having problems almost from the minute I started using it. I encountered continuous blue screens of death (BSOD if you know) while trying to install updates and programs. I'm pretty good with computers and have tried running all sorts of diagnostics and troubleshooters. I even reinstalled the image once (which means a full reinstall of a new version of Windows, not to be confused with a reset) and it still didn't work. At this point I have to imagine an internal hardware problem, but all I know for sure is that this is a highly unprofessional job that has rendered the computer unusable. I hope I can trade it because I really like its potential. Please be careful when buying refurbished!
