After reading several reviews of different Bluetooth keyboards for Surface, I decided to go with the official Microsoft version and I'm very glad I did. I have a surface pro 3 and it just clicks and works right away. Without installation and connection. It went so smoothly and it works great. This item was advertised as new by Art Specialty but upon opening the worn packaging I noticed greasy fingerprints on the keys, clearly indicating the key has been used. There were crumbs under the gap and a large flat white crumb on the mouse pad cut into the edge. When I turned it over, there were dusty white fingerprints on the back that didn't rub off. This is a scam! Pro 3 does not fit. It snaps into place and works like a keyboard, but it's 2 inches taller than the Pro 3, so won't work as a case as it's too big when closed and will break if you put it in a pocket with the Pro 3. I've brought one back thinking it was a mistake and they get angry about it and try to pass it off as made for the Pro 3 and it's not. It took weeks back and forth because of their poor sale and really upset my daughter as she still doesn't have a keyboard for her…
