The product (blinds) is made of thin plastic and is of very poor quality. The color was ok. The cost ranges between the restocking fee (20%) and the UPS return shipping fee of $45.87. Originally paid 53.67 to buy! I will never buy from this company again.

Looks good enough. BUT when you order these blinds, it's better to be ABSOLUTELY SURE you will keep them. Not only do you have to pay for return shipping, you also have to pay a 20% restocking fee! Funny, they're plastic blinds. Are they afraid they will be damaged in transit or something?! Never again.

Love the fact that these blinds can be painted. Hope the paint doesn't peel off. What I don't like about the blinds is that they were expensive and didn't have the central vertical support that my existing blinds have. One of the new shutters was broken at the edge, with a crack along the edge where it connects to the main body below. Didn't see it until I painted that part of the clasp so I fixed it with rivets and an aluminum strip.

Not the best product but I was looking for something fairly cheap to hang outside my window. After receiving them, I decided to put something else in their place so I no longer need them. I requested a return label which took about a week to get a direct reply from the company and then when I read on they charge a 20% restocking fee and you pay to send it again!
