I received my blinds very quickly and none of them were broken. I didn't have enough fasteners for them so I called the company and a real person from the company quickly answered the call and apologized for the missing items. They were shipped quickly and I received them within a few days. The blue color of the Wedgewood blinds is beautiful and matches what they are showing on Revain. As a result, I ordered large ones, which also came intact and with all the fasteners. I'm so glad I have shutters that I no longer have to paint. I highly recommend these blinds from this company.
