Best option for Midland radios

I've tried them all, all Midland headset options. This isn't the most expensive option, but it is by far the most comfortable, clear, durable, and safe for hunting or camping. The sound is great, you can whisper and still be heard when the mic is positioned correctly and the ear hook keeps the speaker close to your ear so you can hear even at the lowest volume. I have two that I have been using for a few years and just bought two more to have in both sets and they work perfectly for staying in…

Good two-way communication

My wife and I chatted while riding bike trails. Goes well with the helmet. The box works well when you start a sentence with "tick" and then speak. Also worked well with the microphone switch. Just like free hands are better.

  • Only positives
Cons
  • There are negatives

Flexibility - CB & Radio

While this headset is pretty good, it could be more flexible. As a result, the ear often hurts a bit and depending on the head circumference, they are not suitable for the ear. It's not one size fits all, and mfg. You should consider building them in a way that increases flexibility. All in all they are workable but could be a lot better and I would give this product a 5 star rating.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Sad packaging

His. Probably a headset

Incredibly uncomfortable and unergonomic. Technically it worked, but the flexing required to even vaguely fit it to the head felt like it was about to break.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • I don't really like it, everything is fine

The sound is great. Fit takes work.

Works great, clear sound. The fit is awkward and I'm a little wary of bending the headset for a tighter fit for fear of breaking the frame.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • No performance

Great headset for CB and radio

Works great. In some cases they can be too loud, but you can adjust the volume on the radio. They can be a little distracting if you wear glasses.

Pros
  • Holding my fists
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Fits well and best in accessories

Pros: I bought this mainly for my friend who has hearing aids. Other headsets don't work with his in-ear headphones and he told me these work as they should. They're also a lot better than the ones that come with most Midland radios, as the standard ones slam and barely stay in your ear when worn, even with the ear hook. Cons: The only thing I didn't like is that they're a lot bulkier to pack than in-ear headphones. Generally they do what they have to do. The sound quality only depends on how…

CB and Radio Setup

I'm a high school football official and we use them on the field to communicate with each other. We bought 3 pairs (6 headsets) of these and after 4 games one set stopped streaming. And after another 2 games, another one was not broadcast and not accepted. We ended this season with two silent judges. We bought another pair to start this season and after 2 games another pair went off air. The radio works great, but these headphones don't. 3 out of 8 bought had problems. We swapped them between…

Fits well.: Accessory

We use them when we travel with two cars. The headsets that came with the radios were Type C, which fit in the ear but became uncomfortable and wouldn't stay in place after many miles. This headset stays in place and fits comfortably. The sound seems to be good.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Generally good, but...
