This is a sturdy cat carrier, we've had it for a little over a week and only used it once. After getting home from the vet we were removing the litter from the carrier and one of the plastic hinges on the door broke rendering the carrier almost unusable. Too bad, because we were able to take one of our cats to and from the vet without any problems.

Bought for my small (4-1/2) dog, this kennel should be an upgrade. I received it and we took it on vacation. The first night one of the brackets holding the door was missing. Yes, my dog ran away in the middle of the night. Here we are, 850 miles from the house with the broken kennel. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this is nonsense.

Door damage. The hinge on the door was broken. I couldn't lock the door. I had to use a bungee cord to hold it in place. I just couldn't return it for a refund. Because I really needed a carrier for my cat to get her out of surgery. Very upset that I paid for a broken item which I can't help but keep. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I had to buy a carrier in a hurry and there wasn't much money. So I bought it, despite such good reviews, it was easy to put together. The orible is that it didn't stay together. The plastic clips holding the door closed fell off, I found one of these and used it with just one clip in place. If my kitty freaked out and rushed to the door, it would probably open. Buy it only when you need it. When you're not crunching money, you get what you pay for.

I had a large soft carrier that I put my cat in at night and when traveling but he scratched the mesh on it so I ordered this small one with a pillow to put in . While he used to have trouble getting into bed with the soft side, he actually jumps up and climbs into this little one before bed. The door locks are a bit fiddly, one goes in easily and then the other has to be pushed on the door a bit. During the day he tried to chew on the bars, so I turn him to the wall when he doesn't. I bought 4 (2 red and 2 green, they are the same) of these shelves because I liked the price and the plastic door. Their color looks good and they're pretty easy to put together, well that's the only thing good about them. I thought they were frugal but instead they are just cheap. They are very weak, the doors are tricky and get stuck all the time even if you don't realize it and my two cats just got the doors out.
