I just bought this for her and she is very happy! It was easy to set up and I love that everything is included! It's so much fun watching their little adventures! I would recommend this habitat to any pet owner who wants to give their hamster great pleasure there! I just added a second hiding spot at the bottom because she likes to rummage through her bedding when she goes to bed.

We love this cage and our hamster is happy. However, the cage has TWO side exits through the wire section (unlike the one shown in the picture) and the cage only came with a side plug (it also has a plug at the very top). For now we've covered it with a plastic lid and we're keeping it because the rest of the cage is so big, but others should be aware of this fairly important flaw. We were attracted to this cage for the space and activity wheel. It was easy to clean and very durable. The reason I'm writing this review is because I'm concerned about the side mounts in the water bottle area. Our muffin hamster got stuck with two legs in this area, resulting in the loss of two legs. So this cage lasted about 4 months with no problems. It turned up with some broken parts, but whatever it was, it was doable. There is a small gap between the wheel and the top of the cage and the front removable plastic. Then it hit our dwarf hamster. We came home and my daughter thought she was sleeping in a strange place. In fact, our hamster was choked. Nice cage, the only downside is that the wheel squeaks quite a bit and it's not the cage's fault but worth mentioning. NOT in this beautiful house, I might add. Below for reasons unknown to me. So I ordered it for my daughter's older hamster. We got him in a cage that was too small for him and he needed a bigger cage so I ordered this one. I liked the idea that we could see him as he moved around the second floor and once he figured out how to use the pipe and get up there, he didn't come down for any reason other than to eat and drink. I love this cage very much. It came exactly like the picture, with very easy to follow instructions. The tricky part of the assembly was the top part as the pieces were tricky to place to set up and it took a lot of effort to hear the click.
