This item arrived yesterday. It seems to be of good quality and I hope it will last. Keep in mind that this is by no means a pet bed. Despite the fact that it is soft, it contains very little filler. It's more like a doormat. I think this will serve my purpose of using it as an under bed cover in my dog's creation, but I wouldn't use it as the only bedding. I think it will be useful when we travel to put it in the car and hotel.

I have a small Pekingese who luckily doesn't dig very often but when he scratches him shreds of wool come off and lie outside and inside the cage. It's otherwise very soft, thinly lined (better than a blanket), and perfect for a 24-inch wire shack. The hook points on the bottom aren't very grippy so it will slip with an active dog. Luckily my dog only used her crate to sleep or when she needed some time off so she stayed in place for us.

Used in a guinea pig cage and LOVES it. It's very easy to clean with a small handheld vacuum (which I use for hay pellets and poop) and doesn't stain like other fleece blankets I've used. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has a 4 x 2 foot cage. It fits in perfectly (the edges are a little curled up, but I like that because it helps keep its mess on the comforter so I can vacuum).
