love this light! It attaches easily to my book, just turns it on, has a nice bright light as well as a dim light, but the best part for me is that it's rechargeable and comes with its own charging cable. Now I can read in my comfortable armchair, where there was never good light, and also in bed. Good product!

I had several book lights and was not happy with any of them. It is great. It has a thin clip and is very light. I like the dimming feature and usually read on the lowest level. I don't know about the battery life but I used the flashlight for at least 8 hours and still haven't had to charge it. I am very satisfied with this lamp.

I bought this product because I bought one from Barnes & Nobles and thought it was the same. The light isn't that bright. So I had to go to Barnes & Nobles to buy a second one of these, which works great. It's supposed to be the same brand and looks the same as the one bought from Barnes & Nobles, but for some reason it was very boring.

The light is very flexible and will illuminate both sides of a bound book. It's thin and so light it won't fold over the cover or pages of a paperback book. It took me a minute to figure out that I had to hold down the power button to dim and dim the lights, but now I can zoom in and out very quickly. I had the original Mighty Bright for many years and loved it, but ended up breaking the battery cover. So glad I did; there rechargeable book light is much better.

So I don't use it as a book light but as a small rechargeable rear seat light. My car is a small car and one courtesy light is in the front and doesn't reach the back seat. If you add dark seats, it will be difficult to see anything. I use this wrapped around a post on my headrest. Works amazing! And when I'm in the car, I can quickly recharge it. I like this lamp. I mishandled what I had prior to this purchase and broke the spring loaded clasp. I will continue to use it for lighting, maybe as an extra light in the car when travelling. Although the neck of this light is designed to be flexible, the internal wiring can fail if you adjust the position in the light parts correctly. I bought it for a child, it worked perfectly for two years, and then it stopped turning on. Opening the case is a destructive process, but I was able to find broken solder joints. It was a wise decision to invest in this little thing. Overall, I'm pleased with how easy it is to use and manipulate, and in such an unobtrusive way.
