Perfect for smoking brisket!

Win the Super Bowl! I eliminated aluminum from all of my meals to avoid potential unhealthy effects of leached metals, and after watching Aaron Franklin's PBS show I decided to try butcher paper for my Super Bowl dinner (along with various temperature/ time settings for my smoke). The results were fantastic. I finally made the perfect brisket that I was really proud of and everyone else agreed. Highly Recommended - Chianina Smoked Brisket

This was the first time I used paper to wrap smoked meat. I bought Chianina Beef Brisket for Independence Day 2020 and for the price I paid for the brisket I didn't want it to have any issues with it. It was a 10# chest piece that didn't need trimming. Smoked brisket wrapped in this paper, amazing result.

I bought this butcher paper to try out many suggested methods of wrapping brisket when smoking like Franklin Barbecue in Austin, Texas does their brisket. Prepare the breast by slightly trimming the whole breast. (no flats) with a simple salt and pepper rub, way more pepper than salt.
