Not sure what's going on. Cement!

We had no problem installing two of these poles. We even had to change the mounting holes since we bought them for the Ghost control keyboards. You look great. We didn't even take them deep enough because of our terrible soil. They are very durable and we would buy them again at any time. Not sure what's up with the people - pull up the sections! And cement is your friend!

  • Great for me

Not very stable! for protection and monitoring

The post is not very stable. Our contractor who installed this rack is a perfectionist. It's cement, the right height, poor quality for the money. Not very happy with the quality. After spending LOTS of fences, a gate and a gate opener kit from MM we were very disappointed with the keyboard stand. Vibrates heavily when entering the code. Gives errors after which the gate does not open. Very frustrating!

Pros
  • High-quality assembly
Cons
  • Some small things

Touch Panel Poles Made for Each Other

After I assembled two of these poles, I installed them in the concrete on each side of our gates and attached Mighty Mule Wireless Numeric Keypads. The holes that the keyboards mount in align perfectly with the mounting holes in the keyboards. These bars are solidly built and offer a neat, professional-looking installation. However, if the hex set screws on the rack joints are not over tightened, the rack will wobble.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Quality

Good post but pretty shaky.

Easy installation. The contribution is strong. Once installed, it shakes no matter how well you installed it. This is because the post has three sections. The two included connecting clips don't hold the pieces together tightly, so they wobble after installing and touching. Even more disappointing is that neither these nor the remote keyboard come with screws (hardware) to attach them together. It's cheap and easy to fix, but the screws really should be stock.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Some disadvantages

Loose equipment: Access control keypads

Terribly expensive for a pole. The post itself is divided into sections and is paired with very interesting and easy to use hardware, but when they are together the post sections are not fully tightened so the post wobbles a bit on the sections. Also a bit short to get really deep into the earth/cement. Finally, it bothers that the dimensions of the holes in bold differ from the size of the keyboard itself. There's nothing a drill can't fix, just another annoyance. Looks very professional when…

The shelf is easy to assemble and ideal for storage.

The stand is easy to assemble and perfect for holding the keypad. For those saying it wobbles, I see that if you don't tighten the set screws enough. I tightened mine as tight as I could with my hand and an allen wrench. Then I put the box wrench on top of the hex wrench and made another turn or so to tighten it with the box wrench lever. No setback and everything is fine. Don't be intimidated by those with a wobbly post, they just didn't tighten it tight enough.

Pros
  • Access Control Keypads
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging

Swing like crazy! REVISED

UPDATE: 12/21/2016: Well it turns out I didn't assemble it the way it should have, but the instructions make it easy not to be able to assemble without terrible stirring. You must connect the 2 poles very tightly before tightening the set screws. Now there is no movement. Well, just like other reviews, THIS POST GOES TOGETHER LIKE CRAZY! because the way of connecting 3-pin sections is designed very poorly. Bad batch of connectors? I do not know. Like they sent me the wrong parts. I would return
