I washed this duvet carefully before using it on my bed. So much spilled in the washing machine it turned out to be a big mess. When I wanted to put it in the dryer, I had to stay near the dryer and remove the lint every few minutes. After I put him on the bed he still shed and fluffy balls kept forming under my bed. However, I was glad that it provided warmth in the winter. I love wool blankets that help regulate temperature.

Quilt received promptly and in good condition. This is a good blanket. Although the wool comes from New Zealand, the product is made in China. Advertised as 500gsm seems to be closer to 350gsm. Is it 100% wool? Maybe it seems to me that 80%. Small sizes. The king size duvet I bought fits my queen size bed. If you want higher quality for a little more, Poyet Motte's French quilts are great! size and 500gsm is much thicker.
