Strange ribbon alignment and missing mini Melissa box

The straps on the shoes look completely different, with an odd alignment. I researched online before buying them and none of the photos I saw showed the band alignment this way. Also, the shoes didn't come in a mini Melissa shoe box, which makes me wonder if the shoes are real. Let me know if anyone has experienced the same or if this is the correct band alignment.

It's so cute but the most important thing for me is the size and it came so small my baby size 5 and I took size 6 so it came a little big and it will last longer but 6 came as 5 or less πŸ˜”
