I expected something different from the description. I was looking for something to rub along my lash line to remove waterproof eyeliner. There is almost no cotton on the tips and it would be very difficult to run it along the lash line. This can be good for a thick toothpick. But I don't see a way to use it for cosmetics.

I use these to use as little glue as possible when applying crystals to my nails. This simplifies the work and eliminates clutter. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 just because I was tired of using acetone to clean it, but the tiny hairs started falling out and going bald, plus I love them, will be ordering more.

I am an eyelash professional and I use these micro swabs to color my eyelashes and they do a great job. I have bought them several times from this seller and have never had any problems. They are always delivered within a few days.

If you can get them to stay together they can work great, in my experience with using them to help apply eyelash extension remover gel the fall ends of the tampon from creating a useless hard purple wand. Wouldn't buy them again.

I use these for Latisse. They hold the drip well without soaking too much product into the cotton, so I don't use the brushes that come with Latisse.
