Easy to install in felt, fabric, upholstery etc. Just had to mark the right spots and make a small cut using sharp scissors. The magnet is strong and works well for my needs.

They work as advertised. One thing I noticed is that they seem to close tighter depending on how the two pieces are aligned. Rotating a piece 90° can make it seem like it's holding up twice as much. No, I have no evidence that it is exactly that.
