Great shoes to relax in. The only downside I found was a little irritation due to the creases created by the lacing. Some are just too deep. The rest is very convenient. The kinks in the laces that initially irritated my feet are now almost invisible, even with the famous OdorX doctor's insoles. I am seriously considering buying a reddish color as a 2nd pair as I practically live in moccasins.

Wanted a pair of comfortable moccasins to wear outside when I might be exposed to a bit of moisture without worrying about ruining a pair just by touching my skin. Well, this couple fits the bill. Fits well, looks good and has rubber nubs on the outsole to protect against direct contact with the ground, so more suitable for outdoors than for direct contact with the ground. I highly recommend this product. Quality is good, fits well, looks good.

This is a good shoe for casual riders. The build quality is good, the price-performance ratio suits me. Note: I'm not sure how the manufacturer determined the sizing, but this shoe is too big for me. Normally a size 10.5 fits me fine, but this size offers at least an inch of extra length (I would rate a size 11 to 11.5. I felt like a kid playing in my dad's shoes). This product replaced some similar LL Bean Mocs drivers that were released over 20 years ago and are no longer available in LL Bean. This circumstance even played into my hands, because these moccasins are of high quality and made of thicker, but quite supple leather. They're about $40 less than the closest LL Bean moc that doesn't have the bottom inserts that a moc driver would make. Comfortable, easy to put on and take off, legs do not overheat. for my purpose: occasional indoor wear outdoor use. They are stiff and require some breaking in. I put some pads on the heel and tongue as the stiffness bothered my bare feet. I've worn Minnetonka double loafers for decades. This is my first rubber sole shoe. for balance on wooden floors and steps. It's really nice thick leather. Like a good baseball glove, once fully broken in, it will fit your feet like a glove. Be patient. I soften mine with Timberland Leather Wax. Update: For those who don't like loops on their boots, try the old camp trick and just tie your laces in simple knots.
