I like that it's easy to use, even if you are not familiar with analytics tools in general or data visualization platforms specifically. The support team was quick at responding when we had questions about technical issues (we're still working through some bugs). It would be good to have more advanced features available by subscription so they don't need an expensive annual license upgrade each year - but this may just reflect our limited experience using MinuBo!
