Soft and very warm blanket

I really like this blanket. This is a heavy wool blanket that not only looks great but is also very warm. I have a few and use them outside in the Ohio winter so we can enjoy outdoor seating and a fire pit year round.

Pros
  • Home and kitchen
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Very warm and washable

Excellent wool blend quilt. Slightly scratchy and has an oily odor typical of wool blankets. I washed and dried the comforters, they did a great job. The smell was still there, but not super strong. I used liquid fabric softener. We bought them for outside so the smell is not overpowering. Perfect for outside, we never froze! Everything under the covers is very warm.

Pros
  • Bedspreads
Cons
  • Secret

Only 55% 'Wool' is suitable for Bedspread

According to the fiber label on this quilt, it is only 55% 'Recycled Wool' and the remaining 45% is recycled man-made fibre. When something is advertised as "wool" I assume it is made entirely of wool. And despite the romantic narrative label, it's all about the "White Mountain Woolen Collection," dedicated to a historic 1916 textile mill specializing in heavily felted woolen fabrics and blankets. It is made in India. Disappointed with the false advertising of this product.

Pros
  • Blankets and Bedspreads
Cons
  • Upgradable
